Tim is the Co-founder of Regvisory, a RegTech advisory business that guides Founders, Buyers and Funders of early-stage RegTech startups. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors to the listed RegTech company, Identitii Ltd, based in Sydney (ASX: ID8).

 

As a business innovator and builder, Tim has worked at the highest levels of the global Deloitte organization over the past two decades. He was the global leader of two businesses for Deloitte between 2000 and 2021, based initially in Australia and then in Singapore.

 

His experience expands to being the inaugural Global Managing Director of Deloitte Analytics, growing the business to 10,000+ people and 4Bn in revenues over 5 years.  He also led the Deloitte Forensic practice – the #1 position globally amongst its competitors – with a clear focus on advisory services, combined with regulatory technology and analytics.

 

Tim is a professional adviser skilled in Strategy, Management Consulting, Business Strategy, Application of Data Analytics and Regulatory Technologies in Financial Crime Compliance. He has more than 20 years of Big 4 consulting experience and a total of more than 40 years of consulting, law enforcement, securities markets/regulatory and financial crime advisory experience. He holds a strong sector focus on global Financial Services Clients.

He was a Former Regulator and Director of Enforcement with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission between 1990 and 2000.  He led the successful investigation and prosecution of Alan Bond and his co-directors arising from the collapse of Bond Corporation, along with the prosecution of a Senior Macquarie Bank executive for Insider trading.
